How do I check what my AI deployed?
Updated 2026-10-17
Short answer: compare what's live with what you expected, on the real address, after a deploy. An AI agent can deploy changes in seconds, so problems arrive just as fast: a broken page, a heavy image, a file left public. The deploy succeeding only means the files uploaded, not that the site works.
How to check it yourself
- After the deploy, open the live site in a private window, not the preview.
- Check the pages the change touched, and the homepage.
- Look at the largest files and any new console errors in developer tools.
- Keep a note of what each deploy changed, so when something breaks you know which one did it.
What Preventionlabs shows
One click checks the live site from the outside, with up to 25 checks: whether it loads on every version of its address, up to 50 pages from your sitemap, JavaScript errors in a real browser, page size and the largest images and scripts, HTTPS and redirects, email records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), files that should never be public, domain expiry and DNS. Each report lists problems first, each with the evidence and what to do, and shows what changed since the last report. AI agents can run the same report themselves through the Preventionlabs MCP server, with an API key from the dashboard, and read the results after each deploy.
It checks the live site from the outside. It doesn't test logins, checkouts or other steps that need clicking and typing.
